They are knowledgeable about insurance claims and certainly about how to clean your stuff of smoke damage. I called them and they were able to come out the SAME DAY! They were respectful, polite, and truly cared about my situation. I never felt like “just another case”. I always felt that my items were in good hands. Cesar and his team went the extra mile to clean my clothes, towels, and blankets in a sensitive skin formula.
